Wake up to views of the ocean from your king bed or on the patio at this luxe 3 bed/2 bath condo with private beach access, a pool, and a hot tub! Steps from the ocean, OKI Pier, restaurants, a cute coffee shop, bars, and a brewery! Easy drive to beautiful Southport to spend the day or take the short ferry ride to Bald Head or Carolina Beach. This coastal chic retreat has all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach stay, just bring your swimsuit! Linens & towels are included.
Good to know
There are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms: 1 King (primary), 1 Queen, and 2 Twins. The kitchen is equipped with a regular drip coffee maker and all the cooking utensils/pans/pots you need to cook dinners for up to 8. There is a pack n play and high chair that you’re free to use if you need them. If there’s something you wish we had, please send us a message to let us know so we can include it for future guests :)
House Rules
No smoking inside, on the patio/balcony, or on the walkway in front of the condos. Absolutely no firearms or illicit substances. No parties or events. 6 adults maximum allowed in the unit at once.
Other Details to Note
Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. We will provide 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 trash bag upon arrival, but you will need to plan to bring or buy any additional items as needed (keep this in mind if you have a long stay or a big group). The jets in the primary bathtub do not function properly, but the tub can be used as a regular bathtub.

Neighborhood
Yaupon Dunes is a luxury condo complex across from Oak Island Pier. Please take advantage of any/all amenities the complex has to offer including the pool (not heated), hot tub, private gazebo & beach access, and the grill area! The pool and hot tub are open from April 1 - October 15.
Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the condo and patio and the storage area where beach toys and chairs are kept. You’ll also have access to the pool and hot tub from April 1st - October 15th.
Find us
There’s free parking on premises and you will have a parking pass for 2 vehicles. If you are bringing more than 2 vehicle, please be prepared to pay for parking in adjacent parking lots. We also recommend renting bikes for a fun way to see the island. You can easily walk to Solar Brewing Company, Koko Cabana (at the pier), Ruby’s Coffeehouse, Lazy Turtle Bar & Grill, The Grape and Ale, and many other great spots!
